Partify is a fast growing e-commerce company specializing in painted to match automotive body parts. Founded in 2011 in London, Ontario, we expanded operations to Fraser, Michigan in 2022. We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support critical operations by organizing and analyzing product, sales, inventory, and performance data. This role requires advanced Excel skills and a proactive mindset to manage large datasets and uncover insights that drive revenue.

Responsibilities

• Find and organize auto body parts to upload to our website.
• Upload and maintain thousands of product listings using Excel.
• Edit, update, and clean large datasets regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and product performance.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs across departments.
• Identify high demand products, low demand products, and pricing opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technology teams.
• Monitor and improve data integrity, fix inconsistencies, and streamline workflows.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Excel tools and data functions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience (you will be tested).
• Expert level knowledge of VLOOKUP, FILTER, SEARCH, and Power Query.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple data projects.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus.
• Must be located in or able to commute to Fraser, MI.
