Summary

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can dig into performance metrics, uncover trends, and turn complex datasets into clear, compelling insights. This isn’t just a back-office role, as you’ll help shape strategy and communicate results directly to clients in a way they can understand and act on.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and market data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Build dashboards and reports (primarily in Looker and BigQuery) that clients and internal teams can rely on.
  • Present findings in a clear, engaging way - often directly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with strategists, media buyers, and creatives to guide planning and optimize results.
  • Translate complex data into simple narratives and visualizations that drive decision-making.
  • Monitor data quality, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure consistent reporting.


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within marketing, advertising, or media.
  • Proficient in SQL and comfortable building dashboards in Looker.
  • Experience using Google BigQuery for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for ad hoc analysis and quick-turn reporting.
  • Ability to simplify complex data and confidently communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, etc.) is a plus.
