About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and analytical professional to work directly with our strategy and finance teams. This role focuses on sales analytics, financial tracking, business reporting, and operational support. Think of this as a hybrid between a Business Analyst and an Admin Coordinator—ideal for someone who thrives on Excel, lives for clean dashboards, and wants to understand how an F&B group operates from the inside out.

🔧 Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Data Analytics

• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales across multiple brands and platforms (Grab, Deliveroo, Foodpanda, in-store, etc.)
• Build and maintain dashboards to show real-time brand and category performance
• Analyze product-wise performance, bestsellers, and category trends

2. Finance & Cost Management

• Track and calculate COGS (food, alcohol, beverage)
• Maintain accurate records of all expenses, utilities, and financial controls
• Reconcile invoices, manage vendor billing, and support financial compliance

3. Business Reporting

• Build clean, well-structured Excel and PowerPoint reports
• Prepare weekly presentations and insights for management meetings
• Convert raw data into meaningful visuals and summaries

4. Admin & Leadership Support

• Schedule and coordinate calls and meetings for the management team
• Maintain calendars, track follow-ups, and assist with internal planning
• Support paperwork, filing, and contract coordination as needed

✅ What You Bring

• Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas, cleaning raw data)
• Good PowerPoint skills for preparing structured reports
• A strong grasp of numbers, patterns, and business logic
• A self-driven mindset: you don’t need handholding
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Business)
• Experience in F&B or finance roles is a bonus but not mandatory
