About the Role


We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across product, marketing, customer success, and leadership. You’ll design

dashboards, conduct deep dives, and support initiatives that improve our product and drive business growth.


Responsibilities


● Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for product and

business optimization.


● Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs that enable data-driven decisions

across the company.


● Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and executives to identify data needs

and translate business questions into analyses.


● Support A/B testing and experimentation across product and growth initiatives.


● Maintain data quality and help improve data infrastructure in collaboration with

engineering.


● Present findings clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical

stakeholders.


● Monitor key metrics and provide early warnings on changes or anomalies in data trends


Qualifications


● 2–4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role

(experience in SaaS or tech preferred)


● Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or

similar.


● Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with data visualization best practices.


● Ability to extract insights from complex datasets and communicate them effectively.


● Experience with A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and data modeling.


● Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.


● Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a

related field.
