Kforce is working with a client in Oakland, CA that is seeking a Data Analyst/Business Performance Analyst for a contract, hybrid role. Summary: The Data Analyst/Business Performance Analyst will support data analysis and metric development within our Asset Performance Management (APM) system. They will evaluate available data, identify trends, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance asset health monitoring and work management. The Data Analyst/Business Performance Analyst will work closely with APM, SAM and Substation Operations, to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.* Familiarity with AI * Experience working as a Data Analyst * EO experience * Experience in data analysis, asset management, or maintenance analytics * Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools * Familiarity with APM systems (such as Bentley, GE, or Siemens APM) is a plus * Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights * Good communication skills to present findings to business and technical stakeholders
