Job Description:

SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Finance team. You will play a key role in shaping the financial insights that drive business decisions, improve performance, and support long term strategic planning. In this role, you will gather, interpret, and analyze financial data to support strategic planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, intellectually curious, and excited by the challenge of turning complex data into clear, impactful analysis. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Write complex queries in SQL to extract and manipulate financial and operational data from various sources including Oracle and NetSuite.
• Use Python for data cleaning, analysis, automation, and scripting to streamline financial processes.
• Partner with Finance leadership to analyze trends, forecast performance, and identify key drivers of financial results.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting tools and data pipelines.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations.
• Monitor KPIs and develop models to support financial planning and strategic initiatives.
• Support internal audits and compliance reporting by gathering and verifying financial data.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-7 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite from our Burr Ridge office 4 days per week.
• Proven experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and other BI systems
• Experience with Oracle and NetSuite ERP systems.
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings effectively.
• Previous experience in the gaming industry or terminal operator environment is preferred.

Base Pay Range:

$110,000 - $130,000

This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
