Job Responsibilities:
1. Own the vision and execution of data analysis and performance reporting, aligned with business and revenue goals.
2. Use BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create dashboards and performance trackers across marketing and operations.
3. Work with marketing and CRM teams to analyze player behavior, campaign effectiveness, and segmentation strategies.
4. Collaborate with product and operations to highlight actionable insights that improve retention, LTV, ARPU, and reduce churn.
5. Monitor KPIs across channels, identifying patterns, trends, and outliers that impact acquisition or revenue.
6. Interpret player data to inform promotions, loyalty programs, and cross-sell tactics.
7. Summarize insights in easy-to-understand reports and presentations for stakeholders.
8. Provide regular performance reviews and make suggestions for continuous improvement.
9. Support data governance and ensure best practices in reporting quality and consistency.
10. Stay updated on analytics trends and best practices in the sports betting and iGaming industry.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree ,major in data, computer etc.
2.4+ years of experience in data analysis, business performance, or insights in the iGaming or digital entertainment space.
3.Strong working knowledge of BI/reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
4.Confident interpreting data across player lifecycle, marketing funnels, and campaign ROI.
5.Deep understanding of iGaming KPIs: retention, churn, LTV, ARPU, CPA, ROI.
6.Strong communication and storytelling skills — ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
7.Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, CRM, product, operations).
8.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven.
