Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled Data Analysts with 2–4 years of experience, possessing strong expertise in SQL and Python coding, along with a good understanding of Power BI. This role involves advanced data manipulation, building scalable scripts, and developing dashboards that support business decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

• Write optimized, production-grade SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Develop robust Python scripts for data processing, automation, and implementation of business logic
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support reporting requirements across business teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity throughout all stages of the data lifecycle

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, subqueries, and performance tuning
• Strong Python programming experience (Pandas, NumPy, automation scripts, data parsing)
• Good understanding of Power BI (report creation, DAX basics, data modeling)
• Proven ability to debug, optimize, and productionize scripts and code
• Understanding of business KPIs and principles of effective data visualization
• Familiarity with working in Agile teams and collaborative environments
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
