Summary

Title: Data Analyst - Application Account Manager - SaaS Healthcare organization

Location: Boston Area - 1 day onsite weekly, remote rest of time. Must live in Boston, MA AREA

Salary: $90-110K + other incentives

No sponsorship

Must have the following to be considered: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Data Science/Analytics

Must have 1-5 years of SQL programming - Analytics, Reporting, ETL, Metrics and well-rounded

Must be able to Communicate highly effective verbally and orally with customers and the sales organization

Must have high attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst - Application Account Manager who is passionate about this kind of work and brings high energy to contribute to our mission of becoming the leading platform for Value Based Care: a transformation that is impacting the healthcare industry.

We have a customer base of over 300 Hospitals and Provider Groups selling Digital health and population health platform providing Quality, Cost and Care Management. In addition, Persivia has deep expertise in Data Aggregation from various sources such as Claims, Clinical, EMR, HIE, Flat File, and SDoH data among others.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance the department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product.
  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard, integrate new clients, and develop existing client relationships.
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven application data skills with SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Data field.
  • Deep digital understanding.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology.
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You’re always looking to optimize the processes.
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce and help desk support software.
