Peak Performers has partnered with a Managed Care Organization to assist in their search for a Data Analyst I. In this contract position, you will support the business unit’s data needs. The role involves statistical and data analysis, with responsibilities including data audits, issue resolution, and report creation.

Major Duties

• Manage and review multiple data tasks, including mass data entry, maintenance, and updates
• Perform data audits and evaluations within core systems, identifying and resolving complex issues
• Create and reconcile reports using tools like Excel, Access, Business Objects, and SQL
• Support project implementation and process improvements within medical management functions
• Work with internal teams (e.g., provider engagement, contracting) to handle provider data information
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of statistical or data analysis experience, or specialized experience in HEDIS, IT, or Pharmacy Underwriting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access; familiarity with SQL and Business Intelligence tools is preferred
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills for handling complex data issues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with varying complexity and timelines
• Amisys experience required

• Rate: $32/hour
• Days/ Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Contract Length: 6 months
