The Data Coordinator is a part of our key personnel for the Family Reunification Program. This position provides critical and detailed support to program staff, department, and agency leadership to ensure the data metrics and program deliverables are properly captured, tracked, reported, and acted upon in compliance with the contract’s reporting requirements. This role will report directly to the Program Supervisor. This role will uphold and champion the agency’s mission, vision, and values and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
Capture information that is descriptive and not easily measured or counted.
Enter information in required platforms i.e. Salesforce, Enterprise, etc., while coordinating with the program team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support documenting all program progress through monthly, quarterly, annual, and term-end reporting.
Follow-up with Peer Case Managers, clients, and partners after services as needed
Regularly communicate with Alameda County Probation Department and other agencies to report findings and share information to support programmatic efforts in a positive manner.
Track and evaluate quality assurance measures, results, and actions to pinpoint opportunities for programmatic changes to encourage successful client outcomes and program performance.

Attend and participate in program, department, and agency trainings and events
Regularly track and report on key metrics for responsible function areas
Lead and collaborate on special projects related to agency objectives as appropriate
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Non-Profit and Community-Based Organization experience is highly desirable.
At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, entry, and management.
Demonstrate a capacity and commitment to work in cooperation with a diverse team of professionals in regard to race; class; gender; sexuality; disability; age; immigration/citizenship status; religion/spirituality; and other social statuses.
Demonstrated experience working with youth and adults of diverse cultural backgrounds, knowledge of and respect for a variety of cultural communities in Alameda County preferred.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
Ability to work comfortably with various stakeholders, including but not limited to Superior Court, District Attorney’s Office, Office of Administration, Public Defenders Office, Probation Department, and funders

Valid CA Driver’s license
