As part of their growing team in Poland, they are looking for a skilled Functional Consultant to support Business Central (NAV) implementations for international clients across a variety of industries.

Job Overview

As a D365 Business Central Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics NAV/BC solutions. You’ll work directly with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops with clients to gather and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and design documents
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client needs
• Work closely with developers and project managers to deliver end-to-end implementations
• Provide training, user support, and post-implementation reviews

Key Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central
• Strong knowledge of core Business Central modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory)
• Experience in full-cycle ERP implementations or upgrades
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Based in Poland or willing to relocate

Desirable (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Exposure to global projects or multi-country rollouts
