What You’ll Be Doing: Cycle counting raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials daily. Utilizing the system to review on-hand inventory, production, and work order status. Ensuring materials are in proper locations and helping search to locate misclassified inventory. Reporting discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to management. Performing root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommending process improvements to eliminate problems. Maintaining 6S standards for work performed. Working at least 40 hours a week, and overtime as needed. Following Safety Rules and Procedures: Company Safety Policy. Immediately reporting safety issues. Other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. 1-3 years of manufacturing experience in shipping/receiving/cycle counting preferred. Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Automotive Manufacturing. Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills.
