Overview

We are seeking experienced Cybersecurity Specialists who go beyond traditional SOC roles to provide advanced problem-solving, mitigation, and remediation strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across SOC, Incident Response, Application, and Platform teams, while driving strategic initiatives in security assurance, automation, and governance.

Position: Cybersecurity Specialist

Responsibilities

• Security Assurance:
• Review controls and control evidence before assessments by the 2nd Line of Defense (LoD2).
• Security Automation Roadmap:
• Develop a roadmap for 2025, focusing on automation benefits and vision refinement.
• Evaluate existing processes for automation opportunities.
• CSIRT/Vulnerability Governance:
• Design and refine the operating model and governance structures for Cybersecurity Incident Response Teams (CSIRT) and vulnerability management.
• Logging and Monitoring Findings:
• Address and resolve findings related to logging and monitoring gaps.
• Application Threat Modeling:
• Conduct threat modeling for applications, targeting a large application base.
• Complete each model within a structured timeframe.
• SOAR Implementation:
• Lead the implementation of Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) solutions.
  

Requirement Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in security roles with hands-on expertise beyond alert monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide actionable remediation strategies.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across technical and operational teams.
• Familiarity with security automation, governance frameworks, and advanced threat modeling methodologies.
