Job Posting: Cybersecurity Program Manager

Location: Preference for Dallas, TX – Open to Remote Candidates – US Based

Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000.00

Overview:

The Cybersecurity Program Manager is responsible for leading strategic and tactical project delivery for all Cybersecurity programs. This role involves providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define measures of success with business owners to track program/project value and outcomes.
• Create and own stakeholder maps and communication plans.
• Manage project financials and follow PMO methodologies.
• Plan and secure resource assignments efficiently.
• Follow up and close issues and risks stringently.
• Drive governance and decision-making for large, complex, and enterprise programs.
• Ensure quality assurance is well planned and executed.
• Integrate deliverables from other towers for programs.
• Promote transparency, urgency, results, and appropriate escalation.
• Uphold PMO methodology, governance, process, and improvement.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• 3-5 years as a strategic Program Manager for large-scale initiatives preferred.
• Solid experience in Cybersecurity system implementation.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles.
• Preferred certifications: Project Management Institute’s Project Management or Agile Professional, Lean Six Sigma.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, healthcare, or computer science preferred (related job experience may substitute).

Tools:

• Expertise in Microsoft products (Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Proficiency in Visio or equivalent process mapping tool.
• Experience with ServiceNow Project Management or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Apptio financial management or equivalent.
