Key Responsibilities

• Security Architecture Design: Lead the development of cybersecurity concepts for enterprise-grade products, ensuring alignment with industry and client requirements.
  

• Threat Modeling & Risk Analysis: Conduct risk assessments, threat evaluations, and vulnerability analyses to define actionable security measures for network infrastructure and applications.
  

• Secure Development Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security protocols into product design, focusing on network security, cryptography, and secure coding practices.
  

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Interface with internal teams, clients, and external partners to translate security needs into scalable technical solutions.
  

• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Develop workshops and training programs to elevate organizational awareness of IT security standards and emerging threats.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent German & English (written and spoken)
  

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field.
  

• Experience: Proven senior-level experience in cybersecurity architecture, threat modeling, or risk management, with a track record of securing large-scale systems.
  

• Technical Expertise:
  

  • Advanced knowledge of network security, encryption protocols, and secure development lifecycles (SDLC).
    

  • Proficiency in threat modeling frameworks and risk assessment tools.
    

  • Hands-on programming skills (e.g., Python, C++, or similar) for prototyping and integrating security solutions.
    

• Soft Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
