Job Summary Job Summary The Cybersecurity Analyst I, under general supervision, performs tasks related to the execution of enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies and initiatives; responds to security alerts, service requests, and incidents; conducts audits of information systems, analyzes, prepares reports of findings, and recommends corrective actions related to security activities and compliance; administers system access controls. POSITION SPECIFICS: Working location is based out of the Technology Center located on the Canyon Hills High School campus - 5156 Santo Rd, San Diego, CA There are two (2) full-time openings scheduled for 40 hours per week, 12-months per year. View Job Description Minimum Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, network security, information systems, computer science, or a related field and two (2) years of recent, progressively responsible experience in an information systems security, server administrator, network operations, or related role. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California driver's license. Possession of one or more of the following certifications is desired: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+), (ISC) 2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), (ISC) 2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC).
