Lead the development and integration of cybersecurity and C5ISR (Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) architecture for ground combat vehicle platforms.
Manage and support implementation of platform-level cyber best practices, tools, and processes to foster a security-first engineering culture.
Ensure cross-functional technical integration and system compliance with program requirements, schedule, and risk constraints.
Develop and maintain system-level requirements and interface allocations for SWaP-CRaM (Size, Weight, Power-Cooling, Cost, Reliability, and Maintenance).
Coordinate system architecture development, design changes, and requirement traceability across engineering teams.
Evaluate design milestones and CDRLs for technical accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) for threat analysis and interface compliance.
Assess emerging Cyber and C5ISR technologies for integration into vehicle platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; relevant cyber certifications and leadership credentials considered.
Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Minimum 7+ years of experience in engineering or technical program leadership roles.
Experience developing and managing cyber system requirements in military or embedded platforms.
Strong understanding of embedded systems, software and hardware integration, and cyber-physical security principles.
Familiarity with military vehicle systems and line-replaceable units (LRUs).
Proficient in interpreting customer specifications and translating them into system-level design requirements.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in technical development or integration efforts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
Willingness to travel up to 15% (domestic and limited international).
Must be able to work around, climb on/off, and access confined spaces within military vehicles (must pass Anthropometric Size Requirement [ASR] testing).
