Responsabilities:

• Lead and coordinate cybersecurity programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate technical discussions between cybersecurity, IT, and business teams, translating complex topics into actionable plans.
• Identify, assess, and track cybersecurity risks, working with stakeholders to ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
• Prepare and deliver clear, engaging, and professional PowerPoint presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets and resources, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Support in the development and maintenance of cybersecurity roadmaps, risk registers, and compliance tracking.

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Proven experience in project or program management, preferably within cybersecurity, IT, or risk management environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity risks, controls, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in developing professional and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management qualifications.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent is a plus.
