Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Engineer to design, implement, and manage security solutions that protect systems, networks, and data. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience securing both cloud and on-premises environments, conducting risk assessments, and responding effectively to security incidents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain security controls across networks, endpoints, and cloud services.
  • Continuously assess and optimize the configuration and usage of existing security solutions (e.g., EDR, SIEM, DLP, WAF, MFA, PAM) to ensure maximum efficiency, visibility, and protection.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing efforts.
  • Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM, EDR, and other tools.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with frameworks such as NCA, NIST, ISO 27001, and PDPL.
  • Support secure development practices and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines using Develops tools.
  • Manage and configure firewalls, WAFs, VPNs, MFA/SSO, and email protection tools.
  • Implement, manage, and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions to protect sensitive information.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments for systems and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and compliance teams to ensure consistent security coverage.
  • Stay informed about current threats and vulnerabilities; recommend appropriate mitigations.
  • Contribute to incident response plans, playbooks, and post-incident reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and endpoint protection.
  • Experience with security tools such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, WAFs, firewalls, IAM, and vulnerability scanners.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., NCA, SAMA PDPL, HIPAA).
  • Understanding of security architecture, threat modeling, and secure coding practices.
  • Industry certifications preferred: CEH, GSEC, CompTIA Security+, or similar.
