We're looking for a motivated Junior Cyber Strategy Consultant to strengthen our client's cybersecurity team. In this role, you’ll be actively involved in protecting systems, networks, and data by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing risk-reducing strategies. You'll collaborate with experienced cybersecurity professionals and follow a structured learning path that will elevate your skills to the next level. Throughout your journey, you'll receive on-the-job coaching to support your growth into a fully independent consultant.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Junior Cyber Strategy Consultant, you'll contribute to strengthening the security posture of our client’s IT environment. Your key responsibilities include:

• Assessing and analysing cybersecurity risks;
• Supporting the implementation and improvement of security measures and frameworks;
• Investigating and remediating vulnerabilities;
• Assisting in security audits and penetration testing initiatives;
• Reporting findings and providing actionable recommendations;
• Staying up to date with industry trends and developments.
  
  
  

Your Profile

You bring a combination of strong technical insight and a hunger to grow in the field of cybersecurity. The ideal candidate has:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar cybersecurity role;
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field;
• Solid understanding of the OSI model, networking protocols, and core security principles;
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO27001, NIST, and CIS is a strong advantage;
• Certifications like CEH, GCIH, or OSCP are considered a plus;
• Ethical hacking capabilities are an asset;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• A growth mindset and eagerness to continuously develop your knowledge in a dynamic sector.
