Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity training program for the organization.
Create engaging training materials: Design and produce presentations, videos, and e-learning modules to educate employees at all levels.
Conduct regular training sessions: Facilitate workshops, webinars, and in-person/virtual training to promote cybersecurity best practices.
Collaborate with IT and security teams: Work closely with technical teams to identify training needs and tailor content accordingly.
Monitor and measure program effectiveness: Evaluate training outcomes through assessments and feedback, and report results to senior management.
Stay current with industry trends: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats, trends, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance: Align training and awareness efforts with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
Promote a security-focused culture: Foster organizational responsibility and awareness regarding cybersecurity through ongoing communications and initiatives.
Report on training activities: Provide regular updates and analysis of training participation and effectiveness to leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Education, or related field.
8+ years of experience in security analysis and requirements definition.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, focusing on training and awareness.
At least 5 years specializing in defining computer security requirements for high-level applications and developing solutions.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
