Role: Cyber Security Analyst

Location: Metro Manila

Full-Time Perm role

Role Overview:

The candidate will serve as the first-level point of contact for IT cybersecurity, handling various security-related tasks and ensuring proactive threat monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• User access provisioning/deprovisioning (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Active Directory, O365)
• Resolving endpoint security issues (antivirus, etc.)
• Creating and distributing cybersecurity advisories
• Monitoring and blocking phishing, spam, and marketing emails
• Managing cybersecurity tickets
• Extracting data for weekly/monthly reporting
• Generating phishing simulation and end-of-month reports
• Monitoring security system logs for incidents
• Assisting with vulnerability scans
• Supporting audits and cybersecurity projects
• Conducting threat intelligence analysis

Qualifications & Core Competencies:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in IT technical support
• Strong knowledge of:
• Networking
• Operating systems
• IT service management tools
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in incident/change management
