Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Architect (MERN Stack) to design, develop, and optimize high performance, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with experience in cloud architecture, microservices, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop and enforce best coding practices, architectural guidelines, and system design principles.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Define and implement microservices-based architecture and API development.
• Optimize database design, indexing strategies, and data modeling in MongoDB.
• Ensure application security, authentication, and authorization (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for hosting and deployment.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for seamless deployment.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize system scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong experience in system architecture, microservices, and API design.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and ES6+.
• Experience with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and WebSockets.
• Strong knowledge of database management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based deployments.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or Recoil).
• Understanding of serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in performance optimization, caching strategies (Redis, CDN), and load balancing.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Next.js, NestJS, or other modern frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integrations in web applications.
• Understanding of blockchain, Web3, or decentralized applications (optional but a plus).
