We’re on the lookout for a strategic and energised leader to take up this newly created role. As Senior CX & UX Operations & Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with the GM and CX & UX Design Leadership Team to optimise how we operate , plan and deliver our workslate to improve customer experiences. You’ll drive planning and delivery processes, ensure visibility and alignment across initiatives, and lead a roadmap of improvements that enhance the Exp erience Research & Design team’s ways of working interally and across Kiwibank . From overseeing key projects to managing budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships, this role has broad reach across Kiwibank—and plays a critical part in shaping how we work, collaborate, and ultimately deliver better outcomes for all Kiwi.

  • A track record of improving delivery in complex environments
  • Strong planning, project management, and change skills
  • Experience in agile or continuous improvement models
  • Financial, procurement, and vendor management savvy
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement – from boardroom to design floor
  • Strong understanding of the role and work of experience design and research functions
