Summary

You will be part of an international team, working together with regional units to support International Markets perimeter (Latam, Turkey, Africa and South East Asia). As a member of Customer & Transformation team, you will participate in the Investment portfolio oversight, working with Group Head Quarters to ensure strategic alignment and quarterly reporting


Key Accountabilities

  • Investment portfolio: coordination to receive, review and consolidate entities’ portfolios for submission to International Markets Leadership Team and Group
  • Dashboard generation: Power BI dashboards development and deep analysis of Customer and Investment Portfolio information
  • Governance meetings: responsible of stakeholders information gathering and the preparation of committees presentations.
  • Projects execution: support on internal and external research for specific topics related to the projects where the team is involved (digital transformation, customer journeys and new business models definition, tools implementation…)



Role Requirements


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Power BI and Power Query
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word
  • Research and Analysis capabilities
  • Organizational skills, to follow-up on tasks and deadlines

Personal competencies:

  • Proactivity and initiative to self-research and propose ideas
  • Ability to learn and adapt to different topics and managers
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, both in Spanish and English. French is desirable

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineers, Maths, and related.
  • Proficient in English with an ability to communicate complex topics effectively (written/spoken) to an international environment
