Summary

Communication with international customers (reception and processing of incoming queries via live chat, calls and email);

Providing support to clients;

Registration of information in the database;

Interaction with internal departments on different levels regarding specific projects.



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Excellent knowledge of Spanish language;

Good knowledge of English;

Confident PC user;

Readiness and ability to learn;

Communication skills;

Stress resistance.
