Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers for feedback and surveys.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries and issues.
• Conduct structured conversations using provided scripts and guidelines.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure.
• Meet daily and weekly call and quality targets.
• Act as a brand representative by maintaining a positive tone and professional demeanor.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Excel or CRM tools.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A friendly, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Prior experience in customer support, telemarketing, or call centre operations is a plus.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
