Summary

Harvard Resource Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Representative in the metro area on a direct hire basis.


Fully in office


Salary Range: 40K - 50K ( Salary based upon experience )


Duties

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide detailed product information.
  • Collaborate daily with team members to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Accurately enter customer orders received through email, customer portals, or EDI systems.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries related to pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
  • Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Deliver timely and precise service to ensure customer satisfaction.




Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
  • Manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products especially Outlook and Excel
  • Enter customer orders obtained through email, customer portal or EDI
  • Manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Accurate typing and spelling skills
  • Ability to work with inventory control and order entry software
