Your Next Opportunity: Customer Support Representative

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid – in-office training required, remote flexibility available afterward)

Type: Full-Time

Timerack is looking for a dynamic Customer Support Representative to be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our clients rely on every day. You'll be the first line of support, guiding users through issues, offering solutions, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a trusted advisor to our customers via phone and email – delivering friendly, responsive, and effective support
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-time problem-solving
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve support processes
  • Handle shipping logistics and manage inventory for our time-clock hardware
  • Make a real difference by helping staffing agencies streamline their operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • A people-first mindset with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and a natural curiosity for tech
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Ability to juggle tasks independently and thrive in a collaborative team
  • Prior experience with software support or workforce/time-tracking systems is a big plus
  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
