Summary

Looking for an upbeat, service oriented individual to join our team! We are an advanced technology provider of end-to-end payment solutions and integration platforms. We offer the most complete payment processing solution for industries wanting to accept credit/debit card and ACH/E-Check transactions in person, by phone, Internet or through our automated recurring payment module. We are looking to hire a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to service our nationwide customer base. Our Customer Support Specialist is responsible for product support, resolving incoming customer concerns, customer training and overall customer retention. Responsibilities: Handling inbound calls and emails regarding system and support related issues Troubleshooting - work with our team of developers to resolve system issues Liaison between our Customers and our Partners/Vendors Providing support and assisting with account related updates Initial training and navigation of our software with new customers Contribute new ideas about how to improve system UI and the Customer experience Qualifications: 2 years’ experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, etc.) 2 years’ basic Administrative Support or Office environment experience Experience with database software An upbeat and positive attitude, with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task efficiently and be a quick learner Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment Strong written and verbal communication Possess a strong personal drive and sense of enthusiasm for what they will contribute to the organization Have exceptional phone-based as well as online customer service professionalism Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management & immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned Ability to approach problems logically & rationally Action oriented and self-disciplined Ability to quickly & effectively prioritize work time in various departments to meet business need Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including daily schedule as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: 8 hour shift Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
