General Overview: As a Bicycle Customer Care Representative, you will provide expert support to customers across online platforms, handling inquiries about our bicycle components, resolving product issues, and offering technical assistance. Your cycling knowledge will be essential to delivering exceptional service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting. Issue Resolution: Handle complaints about products and deliveries efficiently. Product Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge of our components, helping customers with installation, maintenance, and use. Order Management: Support customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications. Education, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge: Cycling Knowledge: Strong familiarity with bicycles and components is a must. Languages: Fluent in both English and German, written and verbal. Location: Candidates must already be based in Munich or nearby—remote applications will not be considered.
