In office Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

We are looking for a customer-oriented, inside sales representative to manage re-supply patients, and existing patient requests. The best reps are genuinely excited to help customers and referral sources. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.

Responsibilities:

  • Work quarterly CPAP resupply
  • Build rapport with established patients and follow up with them quarterly
  • Overcome cost objections
  • Ensure all information on sales order is accurate
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Experience in medical field
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Commission potential: $1,400 - $2,800 per month
