Book An Artist solves two main problems through its marketplace: Buyer - the extreme inefficiencies around finding and booking trustworthy artists, and Artist - access to jobs for creatives looking for new work opportunities.

Customer Support Representative

Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (IST)

Location: Bangalore

We’re hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom and email with clarity and care.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our tech team to resolve and close technical tickets.
• Own the customer journey from inquiry to resolution.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-ups and clear communication.
• Identify recurring issues and share feedback to improve internal processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer support or customer success role (startup experience is a plus!).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with technical teams.
• Comfortable using tools like Intercom, or other helpdesk/CRM platforms.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting a SaaS or tech product.
• Basic understanding of technical issue triaging.
• Startup mindset: agile and always learning.
