Job Description

Zygos, a leader in software solutions for the legal, accounting and financial industry, is looking for a motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Support Officer. While preference will be given to candidates with an academic background in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or a related discipline, applicants from other relevant fields are also encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will receive full training on all necessary tools and frameworks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients on a daily basis, through phone or our online chat application in order to support with their inquiries, educate with announcements and broadcast any new features or announcements.
• Conduct online or on-site seminars/training to clients thus enhancing their knowledge and understanding of our product. 
• Extend the current online knowledge base of our product by writing short articles and recording short explanatory videos. 

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support position
• Professionally Fluent Greek & English Speaker. 
• Be a good team player with discipline and the ability to take initiative. 
• Full driving licence
