Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager with a background in the pest control industry to lead our customer support department. Industry experience is required to effectively manage technician scheduling and routing, maintain high standards for customer interactions, and ensure operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Routing: Manage and optimize the scheduling and routing of technicians to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Support: Oversee customer support interactions to ensure they are efficient, positive, and aligned with our 5-star brand.
  • Sales & Retention: Support sales initiatives and work on customer retention strategies.
  • Accounts Receivable: Handle accounts receivable tasks as required.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with both customers and internal teams.
  • Reporting: Complete and report on tasks and progress to upper management.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in customer support, with a strong preference for those with pest control experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively.
  • Conflict Resolution: Experience in resolving conflicts and managing challenging situations.
  • Efficiency: Ability to complete tasks efficiently and report on progress.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a pest control office (Required).


Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays.
