Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at DDA Dwarka Golf Course. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing online and technical support, and maintaining high customer service standards. This includes responding to customer queries on time, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting in the effective resolution of complaints.

Responsibilties

• Assisting customers with bookings, payment processing, and handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails.
• Supporting the concierge by addressing queries related to DDA Dwarka Golf Course.
• Engaging with golfers at DDA Dwarka Golf Course to resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Managing DDA Dwarka Golf Course membership and overseeing Tee sheet schedules.
• Handling walk-in bookings and managing day-to-day reservations at DDA Dwarka Golf Course.
• Demonstrating excellent presentation and communication skills throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Proven 1-2 experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing Online Support
• Technical Support proficiency
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage tasks independently
• Familiarity with golf or experience in the golf industry is a plus
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills

Work Location: DDA Dawrka Golf Course, Sector 24 Dwarka, Delhi,110075

Working Days: 5 days (Wednesday and Thurusday will be days off)
