• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Job duties :
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Input and update contract data into the ERP system
• Maintain accurate records of agreements and related documents
• Track key dates and deadlines for contract renewals, amendments, and terminations
