Roles And Responsibilities

Customer Service Specialists process complaints and issues related to products or services . To enhance customer experience, they help customers complete purchases, upgrades/returns and frequently provide necessary technical assistance.

• Handling queries via Emails/Chats.
• Very good in Communication is mandatory.
• Hands on experience in Non-voice would be an added advantage.

• Hands on experience in Bpo would be an added advantage.
• Flexible to any shifts.
