Simploud is a fast-growing SaaS company helping Life Sciences teams manage quality, compliance, and lab operations.

 

The Role:

We’re looking for someone with 2–4 years of experience in a support role to join our team. You’ll help customers by answering questions, solving issues, and configuring the system based on their requests.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day support to customers.
  • Handle incoming tickets, troubleshoot issues, and offer clear solutions.
  • Configure and adjust the system based on customer requests.
  • Work closely with the product and customer success teams.
  • Identify common problems and suggest ways to improve the product.
  • Help keep our support documentation up to date.

 

What You Need:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a customer support role.
  • Experience working with SaaS products.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with systems and learning new tools.
  • Good understanding of tech tools and formats like HTML, XML, JSON, and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and reliable.

 

Location:

Near HaShalom train station, Tel Aviv.
