Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality support
  • Log and track customer interactions using CRM software
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments as needed
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution
  • Assist in updating support documentation and FAQs

Qualifications
