• Help people shop online and feel awesome
• Keep customer info safe and secure

You’re a Good Fit If You:

✅ Have a Diploma or Degree (any major)

✅ Speak and write good English (B2 level and Malaysian Nationality)

✅ Are customer-obsessed, positive, and calm under pressure

✅ Can type 40 wpm (90% accuracy)

✅ Know basic Microsoft Office skills

Bonus if you have:

✨ 6+ months customer service experience (any field)

✨ Fresh grad in Mass Comm, English, etc.
