This position is customer-facing and calls for patience and perseverance. You would be fostering long-term relationships with surgeons, their schedulers, MAs and PAs, and with spine implant distributors and reps. You would be responsible for high-level communication and correspondence, and would be the main liaison between customers and our internal teams. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
• Familiarity with a medical environment, including terminology
• Knowledge of spinal anatomy and/or surgical procedures is a plus
• Possess at least 1 year of experience. Experience as a medical office front desk receptionist, surgery scheduler, MA or administrative assistant preferred
• Project a positive and upbeat attitude and enjoy working with customers
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills
• Capability to analyze complex information requests
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Excel)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive data

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries related to our medical devices and services.
• Utilize Microsoft Office to manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while handling calls and assisting clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client services and resolve issues promptly.
• Leverage knowledge of surgery and anatomy to assist customers with product-related questions.
