As a hyper-growth technology startup based in Los Angeles, we are focused on revolutionizing the legal industry by providing innovative software tools that automate client intake processes for law firms. With our mission to help law firms streamline their client intake process, we are looking for a Customer Success Representative to support our customers, promote account retention, and provide exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful product implementation
  • Serve as the source of support to customers and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure customer success
  • Learn and assist in the implementation of our product for new and existing customers
  • Gain a thorough understanding of how our product functions to better support customers
  • Respond to and resolve customer support tickets, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction
  • Report problems and feature requests to the tech support and product team


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with customers and internal teams


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Estimated total earnings: ~$57,000-$60,000
  • Base Salary: From $47,000
  • Bonus: Up to 10% of base, TBD in December every year
  • Healthcare benefits: Health, dental and vision plan offerings
  • Retirement: 401(k) plan with up to 4% match
