  • What is the job description? » The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for growing key strategic accounts across the Zifo portfolio in the China. Primarily the growth will be in the research and development divisions of pharmaceutical and biotech companies and help developing new business for Zifo. They will work with Business Users and Managers of our Customers in conjunction with the internal Zifo support team.

The Customer Success Manager will have the proven account management experience required to identify key customers, market trends, new opportunities and market growth areas.

  • What are the job responsibilities? » Customer Portfolio Development
  • Extensive knowledge of the Pharma and Biotech domains
  • Evaluate Industry trends to identify areas for optimization
  • Develop recommendations and future state strategy into new scientific organisations
  • Solid understanding of the current customer portfolio and scientific applications
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities within the customer base
  • Project Management, Programme Management and Account Management (Customer & Internal) » New Business Development
  • Establish and manage the relationship with new customers
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in existing and new accounts by promoting Zifo as a R&D solutions partner
  • Manage a long term strategy for growth in the China
  • Actively contribute towards the organizational targets
  • What are the required skills? » Strong Written and Oral communication skills » Strong Business Development Skills o Good Technical understanding of Science applications e.g. LIMS, ELN or other software o Experience in a Pre-Clinical environment, plus Digital strategy o Proven account development experience with ability to build key strategic contacts o Background in a services organization with program management knowledge o Data Mining o Fiscal awareness & strategy planning » Strong Program Management skills o Resource & Effort Planning o Scope & Time Management o Vendor Management o Experience of CRM, Managing Forecast and Pipeline data o Invoices Management
