And, Rinse is now taking this best-in-class end-consumer product and focusing on the needs of Business customers. This start-up within a start-up presents a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in building a new product and service offering in a successful growth-stage start-up.


We launched in 2013 and are currently in SF, LA, DC, Chicago, Boston, New York, New Jersey, Seattle, Austin, and Dallas, with plans for national expansion. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…

  • Be there from the beginning of the account to serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B Customers, understanding their needs and collaborating cross-functionally to find the best solutions to set them up for success.
  • Work with senior management to build a repeatable and scalable Customer Success program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Keep accurate records of ongoing partnerships, ensuring services are delivered as expected.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide personalized assistance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, to ensure we’re constantly improving our products and services. This includes identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and communicating them to the Sales team.

AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU…

  • Have 4+ years of experience in a client-facing, customer success role.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for quickly building trust and relationships.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and can easily grasp complex operational systems.
  • Are a self-starter who takes initiative and works well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Have experience with GSuite, Slack, and Kustomer (or other CRMs).

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
