We’re looking to hire our first Customer Success Manager who will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience, building strong relationships, and driving long-term success for our users. Responsibilities

  • Creating clear and informative guides to empower our users to utilize our product effectively.
  • Delivering top-quality assistance via Intercom and email, ensuring customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience and fully understand how to leverage our product's features.
  • Encouraging satisfied customers to participate in our referral program and oversee the entire referral process.
  • Assisting customers in transitioning from monthly to annual plans when appropriate. Develop strategies to promote plan upgrades that align with customer goals.
  • Reaching out to contented users to solicit reviews on platforms like G2 and Capterra to enhance our online presence.
  • Collecting and communicating customer feedback to our internal teams to drive product improvements.
  • Building and nurturing a community around our product through social media and events.
  • Building and optimizing processes and systems to streamline customer success operations and improve efficiency.
  • As the company scales, prepare to hire, train, and manage a customer support and success team.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, client-facing consulting (experience with SaaS companies is a strong plus)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while effectively managing multiple tasks at once
  • Experience working with and managing stakeholders and customers.
  • Team player, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the analytics market and data infrastructure.


Compensation: 60K -70K Dollars / yearly
