SplendUp is the first solution built for recruiting firms to turn their candidate pool into revenue. We help them identify warm leads based on the candidates they already know — making recruiting less transactional and more intelligent.

After raising funding last year, we’re launching the new version of our platform this quarter and onboarding our first cohort of clients. We're looking for a founding Customer Success & Implementation Manager to lead that charge.


🔧 What you’ll do:
  • Own the onboarding process from kickoff to activation: set up client environments, import candidate data, and tailor workflows
  • Collaborate with clients to understand how their data maps to our product — and help structure it for success
  • Act as the main point of contact: communicate updates, train users, and build trusted relationships
  • Monitor usage, flag risks, and proactively drive adoption
  • Gather product feedback and work closely with our product team to shape roadmap priorities


💡 You might be a fit if:
  • You’ve worked in a customer success, implementation, or account management role in a SaaS company — ideally with data-heavy products
  • You’re comfortable wrangling spreadsheets and mapping messy data, and explaining tech to non-technical users
  • You genuinely enjoy helping clients succeed and know how to manage relationships over time
  • Bonus: experience with recruiting tech, CRMs, or ATS tools
