Customer Success Manager, Commercial Insurance

What You’ll Do

  • Support a curated book of commercial clients
  • Manage renewals, certificates, audits, and client questions with care
  • Collaborate closely with our founder to refine and elevate the client experience
  • Work independently, with freedom and trust

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of commercial insurance servicing experience
  • Confidence with COIs, audits, and renewals
  • A calm, client-first communication style
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
  • Based in Eastern Time or able to overlap a few hours each day
