Subscription Engineer who can handle Electrical and Mechanical licenses

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the deployment and integration of our software solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for application solutions.
• Provide technical support throughout the implementation process, from installation to deployment.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring high-quality performance and user satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of the applications.
• Assist in the customization and integration of applications to fit specific client workflows and processes.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product features and functionality.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide insightful recommendations for clients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support or application engineering role, with a strong understanding of software development and deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to our applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
